The Main Ingredient

As most of my images are of food, it is inevitable that some will be used on foodie websites. Culinary Eats.com is one such website that has chosen to use some of my food images.

They say that food is a difficult subject to photograph, well I agree. But all my food pictures are taken using just the camera flash and the overhead halogen spotlights in my dining room.

Tips I have used in a professional capacity, emulsion paint as melted chocolate and mashed potato as ice cream.
