After you log in with you user name and password on yop right side of the page, below your nick name you will see "upload multimedia" button. click it and choose which multimedia you want to upload. write couple words about multimedia you will upload (name, description,keywords) pick category....i mean you will see than what you need to do.... best regards

hey!!! thanx for the comment, I shared another picks and 2 of my own songs, I have more music made by myself, I'll upload more in time, now I have no much time, I making an ER speciality, and I study all the day and my job in hospital, so some of my work is here, for all of you... send you huges...
